Some people may think designers just do pretty things to indoor spaces or the work isn’t essential and simply arrange a room beautifully. But in reality there’s a deeper principle to designing your home and overall spaces, if you think your space is keeping you and your family safe, a place to relax and soothing your mind. Why is mental health more important these days?

You need to find ways of introducing as much natural light as possible if you want to improve your mental health. You may install large windows, bifold doors, or skylight.

6.Color

One of the most impactful is color, each color has associated psychological effects. Decades of research confirm that some colors consistently evoke certain emotional responses, and they are also culturally sensitive. Example warm and cool tones of color.

7.Natural elements & design

Biophilic design is well known for its effect on improving our mood and wellbeing. Daylight, free-flowing air, organic materials, plants, even wildlife or pets. These elements will reduce stress levels and anxiety.

 

There’s no correct answer that fits all approaches to improving mental wellbeing. Happiness mostly always begins at home, having a good safety zone is good for your mental health and can boost your special day.
